Delete Your Account
Last Updated: June 20, 2026
Comprehensive guide to account deletion and data handling
1. Introduction
We understand that you may wish to delete your account at any time. This Account Deletion Policy explains the process, timeline, and what data will be permanently removed when you delete your account with SkyBrance Tech Private Limited.
Account deletion is a serious action. Once your 30-day grace period expires, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please review this policy carefully.
2. What Gets Deleted
When you initiate account deletion, the following data categories will be permanently removed after the 30-day recovery window:

- Full name, email address, phone number
- Date of birth and gender metrics
- Profile picture and personal bio assets
- Timezone and currency preferences

- Active sessions and device info records
Organization & Team
- Organization profile and branding details
- Team members mapping associations
- Roles, permissions, and access configurations
- Workspace settings and panel preferences

3. What is NOT Deleted
Certain information may be retained for legal, compliance, and operational purposes:
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data used for service improvement metrics
- Legal and compliance financial records required by state regulatory laws
- Content shared publicly that was replicated or stored by other active systems
- Communications metadata with customer support desks held for dispute records
4. Deletion Timeline
Day 0 - Deletion Sequence Initialized
You initialize account deletion execution loops by typing "DELETE" in the settings dashboard. Your account configuration metrics are immediately tagged but remain accessible for verification checks.
Days 1-29 - Grace Period (Recovery Window)
Your system parameters remain accessible in read/write hold. You can log into your master terminal dashboard at any time to terminate deletion operations and keep data intact.
Day 30 - Permanent Data Purge
Following the close of the 30-day window, your entire structural setup profile and link mappings are completely expunged from primary datastores. Recovery drops are impossible.
5. Recovery Window
You Can Cancel Deletion
During the 30-day grace period, simply log back into your account interface to automatically cancel the termination request. Your parameters will remain active with complete structural state persistence.
No Action Required to Proceed
If you do NOT log in during the 30-day verification timeline, data purges will automatically execute. There is no requirement for secondary manual confirmations.
6. Data Export & Backup
We highly recommend exporting your tracking datastores before launching account closure commands:
Steps to Export Workspace Data:
- Navigate to Account Settings > Security Infrastructure panel
- Click the "Download My Data" token generation link
- Select data categories to bundle (Profiles, Mapped Links, Analytics logs)
- Choose target export layout schema (JSON / CSV format)
- Download will initiate processing loops automatically
Note: Data export script generations are only supported within 24 hours after deletion logs initialize. Once passed, schema assemblies cannot be generated.
7. Deletion Process
To execute terminal account closure commands, process these steps:
- Log into your primary SkyBrance secure dashboard portal
- Navigate down to Account Settings > Danger Zone dashboard configuration grid
- Click the "Delete Account" action interface button
- Review the security constraint dialog warning conditions carefully
- Type "DELETE" precisely into the console prompt box to verify intentions
- Click "Confirm Delete" to push parameters into the 30-day grace scheduler script
8. Irrevocable Deletion
Post-Grace Window Status:
- All system databases completely overwrite configuration parameters.
- Cryptographic system backups run full overwrite cleanups within 90 days.
- Profiles become unrecoverable across all database cluster segments.
- All shortened link networks and script redirections immediately terminate.
9. Legal Compliance
Our data extraction and system erasure loops map directly to global framework protocols:
GDPR Right to Erasure (EU)
Processing pipelines satisfy Article 17 definitions regarding permanent database clearing queues within set boundaries.
CCPA Consumer Deletions (California)
Honors strict algorithmic procedures clearing out consumer profiling files upon authentic token validation signals.
DPDP Act Regulations (India)
Maintains strict adherence to Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 regulations mapping data principal deletion routes.
